The MRA library is a major corporate asset. It contains over 10000 documents
covering the full historical and scientific development of the automobile
chassis, with a strong focus on vehicle dynamics -- tires, stability, control,
ride, handling, steering, suspension, aerodynamics, etc. Also included are a
variety of references relating to aircraft stability and control -- often the
source material for "new" automotive developments.
The library is composed of books, journals, technical papers (SAE and other),
conference proceedings, magazines, magazine clippings, and personal
correspondence. Many are out of print, rare or old, including a number of
original, classical texts.
The collection is filed by detailed subject as well as by date. About 200 of
these titles are referenced in Race Car Vehicle Dynamics
.
MRA is always pleased to quote for library searches on specific topics.
